We lovingly return our customers’ faulty or damaged iPhones, iPads and Samsung devices to a happy, working condition.

We’re based in North East but we repair devices for people all over the UK (and soon in Europe).
Never before have we been so dependent on our mobile devices. In fact, we use them to such an extent that they
have become integrated into our daily lives. People of all ages are now joining this new mobile generation.
But when things go wrong, it can be a real problem. I founded FoneFix Middlesbrough because there was clear
lack of choice about where to get devices repaired. Either pay extortionate rates from the manufacturers or
‘try your luck’ with a local repair shop where the staff are not always well trained, the parts may not be of
a good standard and usually there is no warranty.

We understand that you may be a little anxious about sending your device for repair to a company found on the internet.
Many of our customers send us their devices by mail and never get to meet us in person. That’s why we make an
extra effort to keep you informed and updated throughout the whole process; from letting you know when we receive
your device right through to when you can expect it back. These aren’t just empty words; communication and service
is how we demonstrate we are different and we hope our extensive customer reviews section will give you some
indication of how important this is to us.
Quality of repair is critical to our reputation. There are many unscrupulous repair centre’s operating across the UK.
Whether they fit inferior quality parts, have untrained technicians or back out of warranty agreements,
it can be a minefield. At FoneFix Middlesbrough we are clear and honest about what we do and how we do it.
Most of our business is generated by referral and word of mouth so it is in our interests to ensure our
customers are happy all the time.
We try our hardest to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
